What we collect
Server log files
When you visit our site, our server automatically records minimal technical information (IP address, browser, requested URL, referrer, date and time). These logs are used to operate and secure the site and are deleted after [RETENTION, e.g. 30 days].
Contact form
When you send us a message, we store your name, email address, optional company and subject line, your message, and your locale. We use this to reply to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, usually up to [24 months].
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Only anonymous, aggregated usage data is collected (pageviews, referrers, approximate country, device class). No personal data is processed and no cross-site tracking takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary cookies only (session cookie for the admin area). No advertising or tracking cookies are set. A short notice is shown on first visit informing you of this.
